Your smile is the gateway to your health. My goal is to elevate your well-being through advanced preventative and restorative treatments that balances aesthetics with long-term function. By treating the root causes of oral conditions, we help mitigate the risk of associated systemic diseases, ensuring you feel confident and healthy from the inside out.
Dr. My Le is originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Manitoba in 2011. She began her career in Peace River, Northern Alberta, where she gained extensive experience in both clinical practice and hospital settings. In 2012, she relocated to Calgary, which she now proudly calls home – but she still passionately cheers for the Winnipeg Jets!
Growing up, Dr. Le excelled in both art and science, making dentistry a natural fit. She enjoys getting to the “root” of a problem while applying her artistic eye to create beautiful, functional smiles. Her passion for cosmetic dentistry is fueled by her ability to blend creativity with clinical precision. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Le explores various art mediums – some of her original art pieces are beautifully displayed in our office.
Born in Vietnam, Dr. Le speaks Vietnamese fluently and remains closely connected to her home country. She participated in a dental-medical mission to Vietnam in 2019, where she volunteered her time and skills to deliver essential dental care in underserved communities.
In her 15 years of practice, Dr. Le has developed a practical and compassionate approach to patient care: she takes the time to listen to her patients’ concerns and tailors each treatment plan using gentle, modern dental techniques. She has a special interest in providing care for anxious patients and in oral surgery, particularly complex wisdom teeth extractions, where her gentle demeanor helps even the most nervous patients feel at ease.
In her spare time, Dr. Le enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, creating healthy and delicious recipes. She prioritizes an active lifestyle and works closely with her personal trainer to stay fit and maintain a balanced lifestyle. As a passionate artist, Dr. Le draws inspiration from her surroundings to create unique, one-of-a-kind, beautiful pieces of artwork – but her best masterpieces are the beautiful smiles she creates for her patients!
"Growing up, I dreamed of becoming an artist. Today, I am living that dream as a ‘tooth artist.’ Nearly every day, I create tooth-coloured fillings and porcelain restorations, carefully carving and shaping teeth back to their original form. When enhancing a patient’s smile, I follow the philosophy that ‘form follows function.’ Understanding each patient’s unique anatomy and occlusion is the critical first step in designing a smile that is not only beautiful but also functional and built for long-term success. A truly stunning and functional smile is one where the teeth and jaw work seamlessly together in perfect harmony."
